This experience is intentionally different.

Over six weeks, we'll celebrate wins, have honest conversations, practice new skills, and support one another through meaningful growth.

Because this is a highly interactive and personal experience, I ask everyone to complete a short application, not because I'm looking for "perfect" women, but because I want to make sure this experience is the right fit for you and for the group we'll build together!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The experience includes five 90-minute live virtual sessions and one unforgettable in-person Confidence Experience to celebrate and apply everything you've learned.

    In addition, you'll receive simple weekly reflection exercises and action challenges designed to fit into your everyday life. Most participants can expect to spend 2–3 hours per week, including our live sessions.

    This isn't about adding more to your plate, it's about finally making time for the version of yourself you've been putting on hold!

  • Life happens, I completely understand!

    All virtual sessions will be recorded, so if you have to miss one, you'll still have access to the content. You'll also receive the weekly action steps so you can stay on track.

    That said, because this is an intimate, discussion-based experience, I highly encourage attending live whenever possible. The conversations, coaching, and community are where so much of the transformation happens.

  • Only if you're ready.

    This is a supportive, judgment-free environment where you'll never be forced to do anything that doesn't feel aligned.

    The final Confidence Experience is designed to gently stretch you in a supportive space, not overwhelm you. Whether you choose to share a personal story, practice introducing yourself, give a short presentation, or simply celebrate your growth, you'll be encouraged every step of the way!

  • The final session will be held in the Charlotte, NC area at a beautiful venue selected specifically for this experience.

    We'll spend the day celebrating, practicing, connecting, and stepping into everything you've worked toward over the previous six weeks. More details will be shared well in advance so you can plan accordingly.
